Let me tell you about it...
This product works, I've been using it for 3 weeks now and my facial acne is disappering, but there are few thing that needed to be done so this product works.
First you need to purchase few other things;
1-Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash 6 fl oz (177 ml)
2-Neutrogena Moisture Oil Free Formula, SPF 15 - 4 oz
3-St. Ives Intensive Healing Lotion, 18 Ounces
4-Benzoyl Peroxide
5-Steam Facial By Kaz (http://www.amazon.com/Steam-Facial-By-Kaz/dp/B0001XLSQ6)
6-Scrub
LISTEN, Alternative can be used (Read Below):
1-The acne wash you have to use this acne wash from Neutrogena (use it twice a day) ( morning and night) or every 12 hours)
2-The Moisture for the face u can use any *(Oil-Free) *(Wont Clog) *(Includes SPF at least 15)(this will be used for the face because the treatments will dry your skin very badly and this is very important to be used seriously because if you didn't moisture your face acne will get worst).
3-The St Ives intensive healing for the body; this is used for the hand because after using the wash and Benzoyl Peroxide your hands will get dry very badly; I used this because it moisture my hands within minutes which is cool :).
4-Benzoyl Peroxide (you can use any of ur favorite company's), it depends on your skin ( I have an oily skin so using 10% is good it's not irritating).
5-The Facial Steam (you don't have to buy this seriously) just take hot water and put it in something that can resist hot water and put a towel over your head and just relax let the steam go in your face, do this for 10 minutes=3x a week.
6- use any of your favorite scrubs 2-3 time a week to remove dead-skin and others.
HOW TO USE:
1- Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash=
This product should be used 2 times a day (Morning and Night)
You will need to open the pores of your face, Showering in the morning or night after finishing your pores will open up just use the product so it gets inside your face.
The Face Steamer:
You will need to steam your face 3 times a week (so after finishing steaming for 10 minutes you could use the Scrub first if you want and then the Acne Wash or u could just use the Acne Wash).
If you do this in the morning (just wash your face with the scrubs then the Acne Wash) then apply the Oil-free Moisturizer.
If you do this at night(Wash your face with the scrubs first then the Acne Wash) then apply Benzoyl Peroxide.
Normal Day & Night:
At morning just wash with the Acne Wash and apply the Moisturizer.
At night just wash with the Acne Wash and then apply the Benzoyl peroxide.
*Always use warm water when washing your face at first then clean it with cold water so the pores will close up (u could use a toner if u like), *(using warm water will open the pores up)
Scrub:
The scrub could be used at night (2-3x a week) but I prefer after steaming the face.
Benzoyl Peroxide:
The first 3 weeks just use it at night (1 time a day) after the 3 weeks twice a day ( Morning and Night)
*At the morning Wash your face then put the moisturizer than wait till it dry and then apply the Benzoyl Peroxide.
Hand Moisturizer:
Your hand will get dry seriously, u need a moisturizer for dry skin.
HOW DOES IT WORK??
Look the Neutrogena Acne Wash in it "Salicylic Acid" at first you will break out more WHY?
The Salicylic Acid will get into your face inside deep down and get the bacteria and impurity out to the surface
This will only be on the first 2 weeks
The Benzoyl Peroxide will fight them of the surface and get rid of them
This is how it works
The steam will help to speed up the process by getting dirt,...etc out of your face.
MY TYPE OF ACNE:
I currently have a type of Acne called "Comedonal acne" they are like bumps and skin colored and many of them on the face
this process is treating them well!!
I have few zits and acne on my face (Mild to Moderate), also have blackheads and whiteheads
My nose seem to have the black ones so soon I will buy a nose strip to remove them
NOSE STRIPS
If u want them to work you will have to steam the face
1- steam it for 10 minutes
2-remove any water left on the face (Due to the steam) use tissue better.
3-apply the strip
4-wait to 10-15 minute
5-then remove it
WARNING:
Look I've read other reviews, dry skin and sensitive one seem to have problem with this product, it's okay

SENSITIVE AND DRY SKIN:
Use any wash that have "Salicylic Acid" in it, but use a wash that is for Sensitive and Dry Skin.
The Benzoyl Peroxide you should use 2.5% (Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment, Vanishing Formula, 0.75 oz (21 g)) this seem good one from neutrogena
and for the scrub use a one for a Sensitive and Dry Skin.

This is my third week using it and just started applying the Benzoyl Peroxide 2 times a day

ONE LAST THING:
You WILL NEED TO DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER EVERY DAY AND CUT DOWN THE SUGAR ( U CAN HAVE SUGAR BUT NOT ALOT OF IT) BUT SERIOUSLY U NEED 8 GLASSES OF WATER
AND CHANGE THE PILLOW CASE EVERYWEEK

NEVER TOUCH YOUR FACE AND NEVER STOP USING THE TREATMENT OR UR FACE WILL RETURN AS USUAL
