I use the pore refining wash and then follow up with this. I have totally seen a difference in my pores. Nothing to pick at now. I still SEE the pores but now after the two steps they ARE smaller. This Neutrogena toner was very pleasant to use. The fragrance was very nice and it left my skin feeling nice and taut, but not too dry. It tingled a little at first, but it wasn't unpleasant. I felt it did a nice job on my face -- helped clean any residue and didn't dry it out.Customer Review: okay product

I bought this based on other reviews (not just from amazon). I really don't find it to do anything spectacular. I haven't noticed any changes in my skin. Actually, I seem to have had a few breakouts in the past few days. I'm not sure if they're from using this product or not, but as of now, I don't see any improvement in my skin.
