The Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser is a petite, battery-powered facial cleanser that can go into the shower with you (a real plus) and provides a light vibration and foaming action for your skin.
My experience with "the Wave" was quite variable. I absolutely love the shape and size (tiny enough to be comfortable and easy to use even for my very small hands) and the color (hot pink). I dislike the fact that the pad must be discarded after a single use and that the extra pads provided in the starter kit do not come in a resealable pouch. I keep my Wave in the shower--so where exactly do I keep an opened, unsealed bag of foaming cleanser heads where they won't get wet and yet will be convenient to take one off the wave and put on a fresh one every time I shower? So far, I haven't found a good answer.
All in all, it is a cute little product, but I can get equally good (and perhaps better) results using my Buf-Puf Gentle Facial Sponge - 1 ea, 2 Packs and a little soap.

It helps me to remove the makeup clean and leave a fresh feeling on my face.
Till I got this product, every night I used to use a swab of cotton use it with cleansing milk and then remove the make up. I found this product and makes it easier and faster to remove the makeup and also give a good massage to the facial skin and make it feel fresh and glowing.
A couple of other quick facts:
* It is very handly and comfortable to hold
* The sound of the motor is ok, managable
* Small enough to carry in a purse
* Replacement of the pads is very easy.
I had only one complaint, there is something with the clener/pad which caused a small bump on my chin. So, offlate I have stopped using it daily and using it only once in 2 days and try to avoid the chin. Does not mean that it is bad - I only mean that try to avoid using on bony areas on your face - like the area on your chin where it is angular.

I'm from Colorado, so I'm used to dry weather that keeps my oily skin at bay. But when I came out to visit a friend in Chicago, the humidity made my face break out immediately. I was washing my face every few hours just to keep it clean, because the oil production was just insane in this humidity! Enter the Wave. I've been going through a Neutrogena phase lately, so I decided to see what they could offer me.
When I first saw the Wave on tv a few months ago, it seemed very gimmicky, and I had no intention of buying it. However, when I saw the positive reviews all over the internet, I decided to try it out. SOOOO glad I did. It's such a deep clean! I immediately noticed that my skin was softer and cleaner than I was used to. After one use, I even saw that most of the blackheads on my chin and nose that I'd just accepted as a way of life back home had disappeared. Apparently the vibrations managed to wrestle the dirt and bacteria right out. Over a few uses, my skin is cleaner with fewer blackheads, and I've noticed a positive change in complexion. I'm definitely recommending this for a deep clean, especially for those of you unfortunate enough to live in humid areas. =)

I recieved this though the Vine.
This came with one double -A- battery, and two packs of small round cotton pads with neutrogena soap in them. The pads adhere to the top.
I didn't care for the soap in the pads .
This is water proof. I kept it in the shower.
If your a Neurtogena soap user, you might like this face soap!
It came with a $3.00 off coupon to buy more little pads with Neutrogena face soap in the pads.
I think they want you to buy Allot more pads!
My face feels a bit smoother after using this.
All this does is have a viberating motion!
The viberating of the wave power can be a bit strange at first, but after awhile you get use to it.
I would like this better if there was some differnt type of brushes on this that moved around to be more of an exfoliant.
I gave this to my Granddaughter, she thinks its just ok!
Customer Review: Rosacea Bumps Gone!

I have tried a lot of products. I suffer from odd bumps on my nose and cheeks (supposedly, according to my doctor, Rosacea bumps yet I have no redness), hormonal pimples, dry skin, and big pores. I have used proactive and murad and countless other brand products. I noticed a my skin was visibly cleaner after just ONE use. I had a pimple on my chin (one of those painful ones under the skin) and two by my mouth along with the bumps on my nose when I started the product. After 2 uses the pimples were starting to disappear and after one week they were gone and so were the bumps and dry skin!! I also see that my pores are getting smaller.
I use, along with this wonderful product, sea buckthorn toner (good for rosacea/dry skin) and Vaseline daily skin shield (with green tea and spf 15). I had been using these products for a few months before starting The Wave. They would help the dry skin but it kept returning.
Cons: Really the only con I have is that it didn't tell me which side of the pad went up. I assumed it didn't matter but it didn't seem to foam up as well as in the commercial. With some warm water and a circular motion it worked great!
