Customer Review: Loved It, But Don't Get it Wet!

I loved my new little gadget which left my skin so soft and clean until it just decided to stop working after about 3 weeks. I'm guessing it might be because of water that got inside, although you're supposed to be able to use it in the shower. I just held it under the sink faucet to activate the pad, so I'm not sure if I just got a faulty one or what. I'd buy again, though!Customer Review: I love this

This is a great product.It's small and compact so it can go anywhere.
All you do is attach the pad which already has soap on it to the attachment head.Then run it under water to activate the soap.Then turn on the wave and it vibrates as it deep cleans your face.I had bad acne and after just one week my skin is clearer and softer. I highly recommend this product.

Why is it so hard to get a lather out of this thing? Once it actually lathers up, it's okay, but the device makes it hard to get to the crevices of the face, such as around the nose area.
edit: I still don't like that I have to work up a lather on the pad before putting it on the wave, but after using it for a while, it really has improved my skin.

As a facial cleaner, it's ok. I don't think the pads foamed enough. I also don't think it cleaned blackheads well.
However, the product's vibrating feature can serve another purpose. *wink* I much prefer this and have stopped using it on my face. I would actually recommend it for this purpose instead of its intended purpose.

I bought two teal waves and for some reason after a month they stop workin. I took the battery out and let it air out and tried it again and it didn't work. The power button didn't stay on, but the low a nd high buton still works. I paid about 20.00 each. I loved it when it worked, but im not payin for another one and loosin out 60.00.
