I took generic calcium supplements from a corporate grocery store (i.e. Vons, Pavilion, Ralph's, Stop and Shop) and seeing a doctor after 6 months he measured my bone density and I barely made improvements. I was at risk for osteoporosis and a lot of bones were on the verge of hitting frailty.
BUT when I switched over to NewChapter's calcium formula, it made all the difference in the world. I was no longer in the red zone, no longer at risk for osteoporosis (for now). It only took 3 months and a quick trip to the doctor for a scan for me to know that my bones were strong again.
