I ordered these based on strong reviews here and at other sites and because of my preference for "natural" alternatives to mainstream medicine. I must say, however, that *for me*, this product does not help. I couldn't tell any difference between taking these capsules and taking nothing - my pain (general achiness / age-related arthritis) remained unabated. I find a single 220mg naproxen sodium (Aleve or equivalent), though, taken daily relieves my pain almost completely.
So save your money and buy generic Aleve at the store :)
