I love Dr. Hana's Nasopure! The bottle is a great design and easy to use. I use it when my allergies or a cold are driving me nuts and it helps so much.
I can also say that I know Dr. Hana personally since she was my kid's pediatrician (she's a GREAT doctor) and she always encouraged this treatment before she started marketing it.
However, if you balk at the cost, I would suggest buying the starter kit and then you an mix your own solution when the packets run out! 1/2 tsp each of baking soda and canning salt (or sea salt) and fill to the line on the side of the bottle... that's what I do.

I bought two sets for myself and my 6-year-old son. I tried it first before giving it to my son. I was a little skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience for me. I did not feel any burning sensation or pain when I used it. My son has been using it everyday for a month now and he has no complains. This is a great product for kids and adults. The bottle is tiny, doesn't fit my nose and leaks. For irrigation of both nostrils I have to fill it twice and then I lose a quarter of the contents when I press it. A waste of money.
I have been using a Swiss model for 5 years and it works ver well but I can't replace it.

Nothing bad to say. Works as promised. Perfect entry nasal wash system. Now i'm looking forward to upgrading.
