Got two of these to try out for my marginal hearing loss because I didn't want to be ripped off for thousands of dollars by the charlatans who pose as "audiologists." You know the ones who run slick "free trial" ads that aren't free at all - and then push outrageously overpriced electric ears on people who often can ill afford them - even though they may truly need hearing help. If I had been desperate and more hearing impaired, would have kept them and used them as needed. I sent them back, because of feedback problems - but I suspect that many folks would find them useful in spite of feedback and some other issues. I give them four stars because they're just about the only "value" out there in the hearing aid jungle of scams run by "audiologists." I will probably take the plunge and order the Siemens aids that Amazon sells at some point.
