I'm not sure that this product helps with thinning hair or hair growth, because I don't use it twice a day everyday as the product suggests. The best way I can describe it is VERY thick and when you put it on your roots it is VERY visible and looks like paste (almost like tooth paste) I put it on before I went to bed and slept with a towel over my pillow case, because I didn't want it all over, when I woke up it was dry and flakey almost like the worst case of dandruff ever...I don't know if I put WAY too much on or what, but it says to massage it into your scalp and I wanted to make sure I got it into my scalp. I use it maybe once a week and ONLY before bed since it is such a process...and the next day is kind of a pain to make sure I get it all out when I wash my hair. I don't recommend it, but maybe it would work better on mens hair and is just a mess cause I have LONG thinning hair?
