Works great if you have the will power to stop. These are not magic patches where you never get a craving to smoke again for the rest of your life. But they do work very well as they help stop the cravings. You will still get cravings every once in a while, so you have to have the will to really quit. If you don't REALLY want to quit, no product is going to help you, so don't waste your money until you're 100% ready to stop smoking!Customer Review: A big help for the cravings

I found that this took the edge off but you still need a strong will to quit. If you don't really want to it wont work. You will notice that the physical cravings will not be there but the mental ones will stay. I am now on my fourth week and the mental craving do go down with time. You need the support of friends and family for this to keep you strong. It is not a wonder drug but it is the only way I know that has worked for me.Customer Review: Works as Advertised
