This product seems to work when I need it! I can't smoke for 10 hours at work and sometimes I really need the nicotine so I grab a piece of Nicorette and that really does the trick. I like to get my nicotine from a fresh can of Copenhagen Long Cut. I just got hooked on the gum which was a really expensive habit. The lozenges worked. So for all you dippers out there try the lozenge because you can put it in your lip.
