All three products were brand new, in their box and I use them as directed. They smell good. After shampooing, you might want to rub in a litle leave in conditioner (not a heavy on) because theirs is vey light. I don't know about a difference yet, but my hair feels soft and not brittle. I ordered two Nioxin System 3 Starter Kits. Both of the Nioxin Cleanser bottles arrived only half full. I won't be ordering any hair products from Amazon again.
I have ordered other items (CD's, books, etc.) from Amazon, in the past, without any problems.

I have been using this product for 2 months now. My hair is no longer falling out, and I have noticed people telling me I look as though I have more hair, I agree! Great product. I only wish I had tried it sooner.
