As long as you're not expecting miracle hair growth, the product does work as advertised. I've been using these products for about six weeks, and I have noticed that my normally very fine hair looks and feels thicker. The "hot scalp" feeling of the spray is a bit annoying, but all in all, I'm happy with the results.Customer Review: Great Results

This did nothing to reduce my daily hair loss. Plus the smell is not too pleasant. I will no be buying this again.
