It surprised me when the item arrived to my house that it's a REFURBISHED shaver. Why would anyone want to buy a refurbished shaver? isn't that against INFECTION CONTROL REGULATIONS in the USA? I demand FULL REFUND since I am going to get rid of it, since I would never want to use a USED shaver, very dirty in my opinion and others opinions. that's my review, PLEASE GIVE IT YOUR OUTMOST ATTENTION
