I started using the D-Ribose powder to help with Chronic Fatigue and it did take three weeks for me to notice any change. Others that have CF and Fibro told me it worked earlier for them but everyone is different. The Company I get mine is all star health. The delivery is usually the next day for me because I am in Ca. I have fibromyalgia and I read about d-ribose on one of the fibro group forums.
I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it, 5 grams, 3 x a day.
It has given me so much more energy, helped my pain levels and my fibrofog.
I think I'm on my 4th bottle of it now, I just make sure I'm never without it.
I did go down to 5 grams, 2 x a day now.

D-Ribose is supposed to help with energy. After 2 bottles, I felt the same.
No new energy, infact, I didn't feel any difference at all. Very disappointed.
I'm not sure I will listen to Dr. Oz anymore. I learned about D-Ribose from
his show.

This product does help those of us with fibromyalgia. I helps to boost my energy level so that I can make it through the day without being totally exhausted. It tastes a little like some sweetners on the market. The product is affordable and arrives quickly.Customer Review: I like it!

I started using one teaspoon in a glass of juice now I am up to two a day and it makes a big difference Thanks! before I was dragging all day and needed a nap when i got home from work now I can keep going without effort.
