I ordered this because it was recommended by a weight loss site as a product that would help curb your appetite without stimulants and jitters. I started doing Zumba back in June and have lost a lot of weight and I wanted to maintain it by continuing better eating habits. But I'm a sugar junkie and I find it hard to fight the cravings. So I decided to order this product. I take it in the morning before breakfast and though it helps for a while, I still find myself hungry in a couple of hours. I think it's a good fiber supplement but they do warn you that Glucomannan can keep other nutrients from being absorbed into the body so I started taking a multivitamin with it.
