Customer Reviews of Nozovent Anti-Snore 2 Box

Customer Review: The only thing that helps me breathe while sleeping!
Summary: 5 Stars

I have been using Nozovents at night for sleeping for over 5 years now. I tried the strips, but those did not work for me at all because my problem is narrow nasal passages and internal nostril swelling.

It took me probably 3-4 weeks to get used to them initially, as I would have issues with them coming out and having sensitivity inside my nostrils. I found that if they help you, which they did TREMENDOUSLY for me, then it was worth the battle of training myself to not knock it out at night and to let the inside of my nostrils get used to it and no longer be sore.

I CANNOT sleep without a Nozovent in anymore, as I am so used to being able to BREATHE while I sleep.
I used to snore and was a 'mouth breather' while sleeping, but no more! Since using Nozovents, I now sleep breathing through my nose with NO snoring. My gums have completely recovered, and my dentist says he can't even tell that I was a 'mouth breather', which he says is obvious in patients.

I recommend this product to anyone who truly wants to breathe while sleeping if they have an issue with narrow nasal passages, or internal nose swelling. It's worth it to get past the phase of getting used to them!

Customer Review: Works great for this life-time sleep apnea sufferer
Summary: 5 Stars

I've had sleep apnea and the associated "horrific snoring" most of my life. I even had major reconstructive jaw surgery and septum repair for it 21 years ago, which helped a bit, but it is still a problem. When our local postmaster said a few weeks ago, "I got rid of my snoring problem . . . I divorced him", I panicked about my wife's lack of sleep and ordered this item.

It was like a breath of fresh air - a full breath. I slept better, my wife slept better and we were all happy.

Until it fell out one night and now I can't find the damn thing. It's not that small, but I'm afraid it may have been vacuumed up. So now I am ordering 3 more. Yes, they do fall out on occasion (there are large size ones - maybe that's what I need, but I'm addicted to my Amazon Prime free 2 day shipping, so I'll stick with this one), but they really work for me, so it's worth the risk.

By the way, I find that I also breath better in general both at night and during the day, even when I am not wearing this product. It could be that the expansion lasts a while. I've been missing mine for about 3 days and my breathing is beginning to deteriorate.

Customer Review: Works for me!
Summary: 5 Stars

I was skeptical, but I have felt tired when I woke up for a very long time, and my wife complains about my snoring and says she has to poke me several times a night to stop. Well, I ordered this little device solely on the recommendations and info I found at this Amazon page. (I never heard of the device before.) It arrived 2 days ago, I tried it the first night and again last night, and I already notice a difference. I have felt better in the morning, even all day, both days after using the device each night, and my wife says my snoring is reduced to just heavy breathing. Much quieter, and she can sleep through it. I have experienced no discomfort from wearing the device. I thought that anything that holds my nostrils wide open for that many hours would hurt or I'd feel it in the morning. Nothing like that. Hard to believe the solution would be so simple. I plan to keep using this device as long as it keeps working.

I don't have enough experience to know how long the device will hold up or if it will stop working.

My recommendation: For the price, I would say try it!

Customer Review: Won't Cure Sleep Apnea But Might Really Help
Summary: 4 Stars

These are moderately stiff plastic strips designed to fit comfortably in the nose (if you insert them incorrectly you'll know it) and stretch out your nasal passages a bit to allow better flow of air, particularly when sleeping. The manufacturer claims they are a treatment for snoring and/or sleep apnea.

I don't know if they can treat the symptoms of sleep apnea well or if they can end snoring, but they certainly can help. "Breathe Right Strips" are better-known and advertised but they are limited by their design that has them attaching to the exterior surface of the nose, limiting how much they can *pull* out the walls of you nose. Nozovent's design, stretching out the nasal passages from just inside the front entrance of the nose, works far better and you really feel improved air flow.

I don't know if my snoring has disappeared but I sleep better and feel better.

The Nasivent Tube, also sold through Amazon, is a similar product. It works and succeeds in a similar way. Which one you'll prefer may be a matter of personal preference.

Customer Review: No More Headaches In The Morning!
Summary: 5 Stars

This device works fantastic. With sufficient air through the nose I now wake up with no headaches from lack of oxygen. I buy plenty of these to replace them every few weeks, after they wear out too much and get too weak. I use them at home, and when traveling, everyday, no exceptions. At first time use it seemed a bit painful, but after a while my nose got used to it. The strong extra-large version is definitely painful even after years of using it, but it is good to have the strong version too, since sometimes the normal version does not provide enough airflow, depending on how swollen the nose is inside, obviously depending on the diet of the day before, and how much this device needs to expand the nose. In addition to this device I recommend to watch the food you eat. Some food makes the nose inside swell up, other food creates a lot of mucous in the nose. It's just a matter of observing what you eat, and what happens to your body. Everyone is different, there is no standard list of what to eat or not to eat to keep the nose free.
