I've had nasal congestion and discovered this product. It really works for me. It was a bit uncomfortable at first - tickled and made my nose run a bit. But it doesn't take long to get used to it. I sure prefer it over the sticky strips outside the nose. Mine lasted over three years. I lost it, though, and now am ordering a replacement. This hurts at first as others said, but after about a week of breakin I got used to them. I was able to stop using Afrin multiple times per week to keep my sinuses open. I suffer from sleep apnea, but this has had the desired effect. Just wish they'd always stay in my nose all night, they pop out sometimes and they are hard to find in the bedding.Customer Review: Nozovent

I have been using this product for three weeks. I like it very much and I fall asleep much faster. The only problem that I have with the Nozovent is-it comes out my very easily after I am asleep. I keep the 2nd one handy to insert when I wake up, which is frequently. Otherwise, I think it is better than most of these type products I have tried.Customer Review: Actually Works

I have been snoring for years. I had a sleep study that found moderate sleep apnea. I couldn't stand the mask. I figured out on my own that my nose wasn't opened enough. Tried Nozovent and was very happy with the results. Still use the same ones after 6 months. Probably should by some more. They're inexpensive. This is a faily universal product and will work for people with all different sizes of nostrills. It does come out at night, but for me that is OK because I'm already asleep by then. Of course, if you do wake up and need the nozovent again it is difficult to find in your bedding, even when the lights are on.
I recommend these.
