I have been using this with Restasis for severely dry eye for about a year. My eyes were so dry that my eyelids would stick to my eyeballs in the morning. I couldn't see until I put some vials of natural tears in them but then it didn't help much, just enough to get my eyelids opened. It was awful. Plus, I was having eye infection after eye infection for years. I have eye plugs too to help with keeping my tears in my eyes (not much help either) and have used box after box of the tear vial drops. Nothing seem to really help. Plus, I suffered with problems with dry eye all day long. My eyes would blur up while I was driving, walking down the stairs or whatever I was doing. They burned, itched, hurt, crust up.....and was red most of the time. I used hot compresses on them and ointments....you name it, I probably tried it. FINALLY, I met a optimologist that introduced me to Restasis....he said this would work even with eye plugs...and it did help a lot. But I still kept having debri fall into my eyes and was causing me irritation. I had Rosacea but not too bad but he thought it was a contributing factor to the problem. But who really knows? So he recommended OcuSoft Lid Scrub Plus Formula. I thought, "Oh brother, ANOTHER thing to try." But I was game because at that time I had no other options. I looked at the cost of these and the Restasis and thought ECCCKK.....all that money....But nevertheless, I gave it a try.....it worked like magic! So I figued, I don't have to go see the doctor as much, I don't hardly ever buy tear vials anymore, I don't have infections so I don't need to buy antibiotics, steriods, etc.....so in the long run I'm saving money, saving my eyes and causing me a lot less stress too. I use one every morning and wipe away the residue with a clean wet cloth.....I use one side, all four sections on one eye, and then turn the wipe over and use it on the other eye. (hands clean!) then take a wet wash cloth and wipe it off. Then use my Restasis. At night, I don't use these, just the Restasis. I don't usually have any problems with my eyes during the day. This takes care of it all. I am sooo happy and thankful for this product. Plus, it's less expensive here on Amazon when I buy 2 with free shipping and it be delivered to me, right to my house. My 1-year-old daughter has already had surgery once for a chalazion cyst in her lower lid. When her daddy and I saw a 2nd one starting to surface I spent over 100 hours on the web doing research. I found a message board where an ophthalmologist had recommended this for cleaning the eye as a preventative. I ordered it and kept my fingers crossed.
It's the best money I have spent in the last 10 years of my life.
My daughter is now 1 1/2 years old can you imaging the delight of trying to hold a toddler for an eyewash and rinse routine? Misery for everyone.
These wipes ROCK! You open the wipe, catch the kid, wipe her eye 2-3 times and release the child back to her natural habitat ;) No rinsing, no lather, no warm compress, no fuss and no mess. In less time than it takes to wipe her nose we are done.
Now that she is a bit older I wash her eyes then she gets to choose if she wants to wash my eyes or daddies zero fuss and hassle.
She does have an active chalazion cyst but with the use of the wipes it's actually too small for surgery!! WooHOO. We have noticed that if we miss more than 3 days between washes the cyst starts to get larger and her skin gets that purple/red look. We immediately use the wipes and within an hour the color starts to fade and the next day its size starts to reduce.
if you or your child has a chalazion cyst PLEASE order these they have spared my darling daughter from several surgeries!

I have used this product for approximately 2 months now and feel it is time to write a review on them. I first started using OCuSOFT when I went to the optometrist and found out I had dry eyes. In order to keep my eye lids clean from dust/debris and so forth it was recommended that I start gently scrubbing my eyes. I would do so 2-3 days daily, once in the morning, once at night, and sometimes once midday.
It seemed to be working great but during the end of the 2 months, I started developing a rash over my right eye but paid little attention to it. A few days later, a small rash started developing under my left eye and this was when I came to the conclusion that the OCuSOFT Eyelid Cleanser could be the culprit. I was not scrubbing hard and used this product in moderation. It has been a week since I've ceased using this product and the rashes are seemingly gone. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to others out there but just be cautious.

For those of you suffering from blepharitis or chronic bouts of conjunctivitis,and have been instructed by your eye doctor to regularly cleanse your eyelids, this is the product for you. Though you can use baby shampoo and a q-tip to cleanse your eyelids, these are one step and convenient, and I find I use them more consistently. Additionally, I travel rather frequently and these are easy to throw into my bag, without having to worry about yet another container of something to fit into my quart size toiletries bag. If your eyelids are very sensitive, I do find that these are a little scratchier than I would like, so maybe the qtip route is the way for you, however, I find that as long as I am gentle, they don't bother me, and are very effective.Customer Review: An eye-opening experience!

Six months ago, I had never heard of brephalitis. I only knew that at certain times of the year my eyelids would become red and painful, making contact lens wear impossible.
During a routine visit, my optometrist gave a name to the problem, and Ocusoft eyelid cleanser was part of the solution.
I've used both formulas, and both are quite effective. I prefer the extra-strength formula simply because it is more concentrated.
Thanks to Ocusoft, my brephalitis is under control, and contact lens season lasts all year. I highly recommend this product.
