Customer Review: Great for the office, but poor design

3 1/2 stars is what I rate this thing, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them 4
I think I can give a good review on this thing since I have been using it 8 hours a day for the past year. I'm also 6'9'' and I have some minor back problems. With that being said...
Its definitely better then not having it attached to my chair, I notice my back has improved. The versatility of being able to move it on any part of my back at will is definitely a plus.
CON:
The strap is for the birds. The buckle does nothing, it slides horizontally and wont stay firm. I had to tie the damn thing in a not to stay on my chair. Its noisy, there is a plastic inside that crinkles every time you move. The shape is lost now, its no longer a lumbar roll, its more of a lumbar blob.
I know the con list is large but for the price, this is pretty decent. There are better back supports out there for less or even much better ones for slightly more, but if you catch this guy on sale, I would say go for it.
