Customer Review: Best solution for those with neck problems

First let me say I have looked for a backrest with a high back (meaning it's higher than standard office/computer chairs) for a few years. I needed to replace a previously owned backrest. As a person living with Fibromyalgia a backrest is essential, this backrest with a adjustable lumbar pad meets my needs. I use the adjustable pad on the backrest to help support my neck area. Sitting at a computer can put a strain on the neck and shoulder muscles. Thus anyone living with sore, achy or stiff muscles would welcome the soft cushion feel and support of this backrest. For me a full broad (width) backrest would have been ideal, but I'm very happy with this backrest and the adjustable lumbar pad. The Obus Forme Company has a website and a Customer Service Dept. They included a thank you letter and a business card (indiv product rep) in the package I received if I needed further assistance. I would recommend this backrest to friends plus advise others to check out the product line for this company.
