Customer Review: Too little support, poor construction

I didn't like this product at all. The whole problem with sleeping when you travel is the inability to recline fully. As a result, your head tends to fall forward. A good travel pillow should prevent this from happening. Unfortunately, this one does not. Since it snaps in front, there is *zero* chin support. I tried using it backwards, but it would slide down my chest because of the lack of body in back.
Worse, the construction is cheap. The velour cover on the memory foam became frayed within three months of purchase, with very light use. I think this product is poorly made, and doesn't even work as advertised before it breaks.

I bought this for travel and commuting purposes, and I use it ALL the time. It's comfortable and offers great neck support. It doesn't cause my hair to get static-y on the plane after long periods of use, and the removable machine washable cover is an added hygenic bonus. It IS a little on the pricey side for neck pillows, but it's memory foam and since I use it so much, it's worth every penny. I wish they would also sell cute/colored covers for it though, because sometimes it looks/feels like I'm wearing a neck brace or something. This pillow is much better than the squishy foam kind, especially if you're like me and have neck issues. This one is a bit stiff, but that's exactly what I wanted. The raised sides make it more comfortable, also. It's a little heavier than the useless regular ones, but pick your poison. I would rather have a little heavier pillow that works. Also, the cool thing about the memory foam is that I squished it way smaller into a little bag and clipped the little bag to my backpack. Undo it in the airplane, and poof, back to it's original form in a minute or so.Customer Review: Comfortable travel pillow - better for car travel

I bought this pillow based on other reviews I had read, and it is definitely as comfortable as everyone said. I have some neck problems, and it really helped support my neck in a comfortable way (not too stiff). The only problem is how much space it takes up. Since it isn't inflatable, it will take up most of the space in any smallish size bag you take with you. I will definitel use it again, but I think I'll just hook it around the bag so I don't have to take up space in the bag.Customer Review: best travel pillow I've used!!

I bought this pillow because we were driving from New York to Florida (non-stop). I have used other pillows before on previous trips and this one is the BEST!! It is firm but soft at the same time. The key to this design is that it snaps together in the front so it doesn't SLIP AWAY from you as you sleep. So glad I found this pillow. Does have a "smell" to it, but just air it out before you use it.
