The Olympian Labs Omega-3 Fish oil featured here provides an excellent supply of healthy fat in the form of EPA and DHA, as recommended by my doctor. 2 softgels give you 2,000 mg of Omega-3. The pill size is slightly larger than average but not huge like some products. For me it's easy to take two at once. The best part about the Olympian Labs Omega-3, for me anyway, is there is no fishy aftertaste or burps later on. it's all good!
I added a picture of the ingredients from the box, since some early reviewers seemed confused as to the actual contents. To be clear, the contents described here on the product page refer to the serving size of two softgels.

Omega 3 Fish Oils are obtained from fish found in cold, deep water. These fish provide more of the Omega 3 factors than other fish. These essential fatty acids have an effect on a variety of disorders including the treatment and prevention of coronary artery disease and lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Because essential fatty acids are found in high concentrations in the brain, they are essential for nerve conduction and brain function.
