I've had this shave soap for several weeks now and I must say that it is amazing. I didn't like the scent at first (smells just like a bar of Dove soap) but after having tried other creams I keep coming back and loving it more every time. Smells clean and refreshing. The cream is lightly mentholated, less so than Proraso or Musgo reportedly are, but still enough for a nice cooling effect. Creates easy lather and the black tub doesn't look out of place in a modern bathroom like other similar products. This product is NOT a hard soap, nor is it a shave cream. It lies somewhere between the two as a firm but malleable putty. You should treat this as a soap however. I will be buying this product again in the future for sure!
