I'm one of those people who has always had trouble with the arm wrap monitors and this little wrist unit is easier and more convenient than I ever expected. I used to get my pressure up just trying to get the arm wrap in place and the cuff inflated. This unit is simple to use and to the doctors surprise, accurate based on my comparison test at their office last week. Well worth the money. After trying many brands of BP cuff, this is the first one that was truly accurate. I took it into my doctor's office to check it against the office readings, and they were right on! Unkike others that had been up to 30 points off! There is a great memory on it too---you can keep records of a month or more! Easy to use and set-up can be for either right or left wrist. This wrist BP monitor is easy to use, with clear digital readouts. Gives consistent readings but when compared with BP taken with a cuff and stethoscope at the Dr.'s office, the numbers were about 20 points high (both systolic and diastolic. Knowing that, I think is fine for monitoring change over time but if you need to actually know what your BP is, then this model isn't for you. This is an excellent monitor which is very easy to use. Having verified it's accuracy with my cardiologist, I feel comfortable with the readings, which are consistent with daily fluctuations. Repeat readings are always within 2-4 points and the arm position sensor is useful in establishing the correct arm location. I have found this monitor to be very reliable for the average person looking for accurate monitoring results.Customer Review: BP Monitor

This product is great. I researched quite a few others before I bought this one. It is the best rated - and used by a lot of medical facilities. It's very easy to use and I got a great price off Amazon. One of the people I work with had just bought a Walgreen's brand wrist monitor and paid the same I did for this one. This one has the positioning sensor, which assures you are getting accurate readings. LOVE IT
