I was a little nervous buying one of these online. My doctor thought I should have one, and I couldn't find one at this price locally. But this is really easy to use. Once I got the cuff tight enough, which was easy, I just pull it on and off, hit the button, and it works fine. It is providing ease of mind as I now know that my BP is okay. I find this to be a well made product, and works really well if you work it right. Pretty straight forward and I'm glad it was reasonably priced with the large adult cuff. Seems to read accurately and I like that fact it works on batteries and has a good quality AC adaptor. my doctor recommended purchasing this blood pressure monitor with a wide cuff from amazon. i ordered on a day when free shipping was offered and received the product soon after. took the machine to my doctor's office and he tested it with the machine in his office and it was very accurate and he was very pleased. wonderful product and wonderful service from amazonCustomer Review: Easy to use

This unit is really easy to use. Directions are easy to understand. You can use it with batteries or plug it into the wall. I like that I was able to buy the large cuff without having to buy the small one as well. Readings appear to be accurate. I have not gotten to compare it to the doctor's office. Purchased this to start routine home checking of my blood pressure. Cuff is too wide - but that is apparently an industry standard. Nice clear readout but machine has tendency to start inflating cuff and then show "error" message. No explanation for error code and sometimes it takes 2-3 tries to get it to take a reading. Otherwise a fine home monitor.
