I've had this pedometer for almost a year now, and I wear it daily, sometimes in my pants pocket and sometimes clipped to my belt. It's discreet - no clicking sound. It still works fine, the clip hasn't broken, and the battery hasn't run out. I've tested it for accuracy, and it does well for walking on flat ground and "running on the spot" (both within 1%). It falters a little on stairs, and I haven't tested it when running. As for the "10,000 steps" program I follow using it, I feel it beneficial - I walk more than I used to and I've lost weight, with little to no adjustment in my diet.Customer Review: Well worth it!

Pros - very durable, has 7 day memory, very easy to use, cute (matches everything), has a clock, and very accurate.
Cons - Some of the fitness participants have dropped their pedometers several times but they all have kept working, except for one. Other than that, no other cons to list.
Our entire department at work purchased this pedometer based on the reviews it had receive on Amazon. They all love their pedometer. Some had used different brand pedometers before and say that this pedometer outshines the others. Everyone is absolutely happy with their purchase.

I bought one by accident a few years ago and it fell off my waist band and I lost it. I recently bought a new one because the old one was so much better than any of the others I have had and have become dependent on it. I appreciate that it holds the last 7 days of steps so I can make sure I make up for an inactive day later in the week. Also, I use it as a watch sometimes. The battery lasts longer than most because the screen shuts down until you activate it. I now have a leash for it so I will be less likely to lose this one.Customer Review: I love my omron HJ-150

I love this pedometer, it has helped me walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day and it also counts when I am on the stationary recombant bike. If I have not walked at least 5000 steps a day this pushes me to take a walk around the block or walk to the printer etc.
Unfortunately even though I bought safety straps galore, I was walking one day and did not put it on. Unfortunately I droped it down a hill. I am going to check to see if it still works. So far not :(
My advice, buy the safety strap and use it.

I have tried numerous pedometers, both cheap and not cheap, and they all really seemed to stink. This one is very nice. I was only looking for a counter but this also keeps a week to look back on as well as the time. Nice features. Besides it actually working, the feature I like most is its shape. It is not awkward. It is also small and slim enough to turn the face in towards my body an clip to the inside of my pocket for extra safe keeping while still being comfortable. I don't even know it's there. Great buy!
