I like this pedometer because it is great for measing my activity during the day. I work at a desk for 12 hours a day and don't get nearly enough exercise. I like the construction of the pedometer. It is easy enough to use. I would highly recommend a leash. The leash is cheap and it will definitely save you pedometer. I had mines for a week and have looked down on at least 3 occasions to see my pedometer hanging from the leash. I would recommend this pedometer. I reordered two of these for my wife and me. We both managed to have them fall off our belt never to be found. Either spend $3 for the safety lanyard, or make your own out of some fishing line, string, or heavy thread. A simple loop stuck it under your belt (or through your belt loop) & back over the odometer solves the problem & we've not lost one since. There's even a hole already in the odometer clip. (For the price, they should include such a cheap fix (less than $.05) -- then they could have 5 stars.)Customer Review: Simple Accurate Pedometer

I purchased this pedometer a few weeks ago. I have been wearing it everyday since. It is light, comfortable, discreet, accurate, and easy to use. It keeps track not only of my steps on any given day but records my steps for the previous 7 days. In addition, it tells the time, the number of calories you burned (assuming you entered your height, age, and weight during set-up) and the number of miles you've walked. It is exactly what I was looking for and I would recommend this product to anyone.Customer Review: Sturdy and useful little pedometer

This is a great little unit.
It not only counts overall steps (which is what I needed when I bought it), it also counts aerobic-quality steps (faster than 100 per minute, I think). It resets itself at midnite, and keeps data for 7 days for review. Those functions all work great.
It's a little larger than a previous pedometer, so is slightly more obtrusive.
I've sweat on it a lot over the 2 months I've used it, and it is still working. This is a good sign.

This is one of the best pedometers I have ever seen. It not only monitors the number of steps, it also indicates the number of moderate steps, number of calories,and the distance in miles.
This pedometer also does an automatic reset at midnight (12:00 am)which allows the wearer to start fresh the next day.
