It is accurate, dependable. My co-worker also bought one and loves it. Comes with a strap which you can clip on to keep from losing the pedometer if it falls off your belt. Works well in your pocket as well as on your belt. Love the moderate walking mode to tell me when I have continuously walked at 2.5 MPH or faster. Zeros out the steps at midnight so it is ready for the next day, but if you want to keep counting the steps over several days, there is a Trip mode that will keep track of your steps over several days until you reset it by holding the CLR button down for a few seconds and pressing it again to clear. All in all, my favorite pedometer and I have tried and I have tried and watched many pedometers stop working after a few weeks. I tested this product several times, on a treadmill, walking at a steady pace and the calculations were completely off. It counted half as many steps and calories. After the first time it happened, I figured I must have set it up wrong, so I tried recalibrating it. It started over calculating off the treadmill and under calculating on the treadmill. It also counts steps while driving, so don't expect those "3000" steps while driving to count. I know other people have had good experiences with this, but I have tried 4 times to set it up to calculate properly, following the directions, asking someone else who uses a pedometer to help, and trying online suggestions for setup, but to no avail. Just be aware that it doesn't work out so well for everyone before you make this purchase.Customer Review: Great pedometer

I purchased this pedometer through Amazon about a month ago and love it. It is by far the best pedometer I have ever owned. It is simple to just place it in my pocket and forget about it until I want to check my number of steps, distance, or calories burned. It is light weight, solid state, and easy to use. No problems at all. Once it is calibrated for your body weight and your stride length, it is accurate and reliable. Highly recommended. Addendum: I liked this pedometer so much that I bought another one for my wife in March 2010. She accidentally ran it through the washer and dryer (not realizing it was still in her pants pocket)! Without any evidence of damage (no moisture in the display, etc.), it keeps working perfectly!! Now that's a great testimonial!Customer Review: Great pedometer

I bought this product to keep track of my walking and running on days I don't go to the gym. Trying to keep healthy and stay active. I found it very easy to use. The power down mode that turns the dispaly off to save the battery is very efficient. You just have to tap the mode button to turn the display on. Display is easy to read. The step count and total miles has been very accurate. However, when using the eleptycal equiptment at the gym, while accurately counting steps, it does not record it as "moderate". It does record walking briskly outside and on the treadmill as moderate. The safety clip is great to prevent loss. I have found it works on a belt and in my pocket. Best pedometer I've had. Very accurate! Only misses very small movements, but I haven't found one that will pick up those.
It even works when in your pocket. It is very small in size and exteremely easy to use. The clip holds very securley, but it does have a backup clip incase it gets knocked off your waistband. Backup clip also works great when using it in your pocket, you don't have to worry that it will fall out if you reach into your pocket for something else. Love that it resets at midnight, you don't have to remember to do that each morning. Just clip it on or put it in your pocket and go! The history setting are very easy to check and it even has a trip setting that doesn't reset at midnight. I would definetly recommend this to anyone.
