Customer Review: My Favorite Multi-Vitamin, Really Does Clear Up Skin

I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), which isn't serious but which seriously limits my diet. I take multi-vitamins to make up for what I can't eat. I started taking these when I was a teen, I think, but I'm now 23. That's still pretty much like a teen, though, physically speaking, so I continue to take them. One thing I love about these is that they really do help my skin. I didn't choose them for that purpose, but I did notice a signifigant decrease in zits when I started taking them. It took me a while to realize what was doing it. And I noticed that my acne got worse again when I switched brands for a while. The pills are pretty tasteless, a little sweet, and easy for me to swallow. It's never made me sick, though I think it's important to take it with food, as with most multi-vitamins. They're made out of fish, so they have anti-oxidants as well as nutrients. The one problem is that the package needs a clear warning: DO NOT CONSUME IF YOU HAVE FISH ALLERGIES. I think most multi-vitamins are made from fish, but you can't expect people to just know that. But otherwise, a great choice for teens and young adults!
