This is great for your body to get a slow stream of protein over a long period of time. I use it every night before bed and whenever I'll be going several hours without a good supply of food then I take it. Since I eat about every 2 hours I always have protein to fuel my muscles, but not when I'm sleeping. So I got this. It works. I gained 2 lbs of muscle in the first 5 days I took it. I haven't gained 2 lbs in 5 days since...well, ever.

The results have slowed of course but I am still making small gains that I wouldn't have without it. I stick to natural products like this because I want to get good definition and I have to have a clean diet to get that.

I just use my Blender Bottle w/Wire Ball to mix it up and it works very well. I mix w/water or almond milk. I love the taste.
