Customer Review: Good for protein

The value is good. The protein content is good, and there aren't too many calories for the amount of protein you get.
The only thing that I had to get used to was the taste. I have previously used the chocolate-flavor Dymatize Elite Gourmet Protein, and this one is significantly less sweet than that one. Granted, Dymatize uses sucralose (splenda) for sweetener while this one uses stevia (and probably much less of it), but I have to add a teaspoon of sugar or so when I mix to make it taste better. That being said, it's probably healthier?
There aren't as many choices if you want pure whey protein (I researched a little, and the sources don't agree on whether whey/casein blends are GOOD because you get whey now and casein later, or BAD because the casein slows absorption of the whey and nullifies the advantages of having both), so this one is cost effective and decent tasting (when adding a bit of sugar, YMMV); I take this right after my workout and a blend at night (OCD? maybe).

After spending hours comparing nutritional information labels on a dozen diffrent brands of powders, I decided on this one for obvious reasons. It replaces alot of ingredients with natural ones, and costs only about 46 cents per serving, yet has an impressive 24 grams of protein per serving. That's really the bottom line why you should choose this product.
I got the chocolate. Threw it in a glass of water, and was VERY surprised that after stirring for about 30 seconds with just a spoon, it had almost completely disolved. You dont even need a shaker for this. As far as the taste well, theres no sweetener, and almost no sugar or fat. So of course it doesnt taste like a freakin milkshake. It's really good for you. Im sure in milk (which adds fat and sugar) it will taste great but i wont be doing that personally.
I wrote this review half a year ago, and the price has gone way up since then. It is still a great product, but not the huge value it was back when i got it $10 cheaper.

I really like this stuff. I have one serving right after my morning workout, and a second serving about an hour before bed. I use the Sundesa Blenderbottle with Blenderball after my workout and never get any clumping. I put the blenderball in first, then add my water, then add 1 scoop of protein powder, then add one Equal, and shake it up. I know, I know, adding the Equal defeats the whole purpose of buying the Natural Whey. But for me, it does need a little sweetening, and at least this way I know what's being added because I'M adding it. Go easy on me, huh? I have noticed a difference and have put on a couple pounds of muscle so far. Been using it for about three weeks. When used in the morning, I shake it up with water, and it tastes okay. At night, I use a blender and use it with skim milk. This way, it is sooo good. It tastes great and is very smooth. I do get a little clumping at the bottom of the blender, but never with the shaker.Customer Review: Good Taste, notice a difference

I had always been a good athlete, fit, and exercised, but I never really got into supplements much. After Christmas Break I came back to school with noticeable weight gain and hadn't exercised consistently for a long time. I needed a change, and was going to take it seriously.
I found this product on Amazon with it coming highly recommended and ordered it. The package came fast and the 5lb bottle was huge. Should last at least a month of consistent exercising. I've been working out once a day for an hour plus for several weeks, including cardio and weight lifting into each one. I take 2 scoops of protein after each workout and mix with milk. The taste is good, adds some calories for recovery, and takes an edge off any hunger I have after my workout. My recovery is quick and I have noticeable performance improvements with consistent workouts and consistent use of this protein.

I was suggested by somebody to try this. I tried chocolate variety.
Following are my findings after using this product for a while:
1. I never felt it is working.
2. I have had some stomach upsets after using this. In the beginning, I did not understand why I am getting frequent stomach upsets. I did some research on internet and came to know that many other people have experienced similar problems with protein powders. After discontinuing this product, my stomach upsets stopped. So I am convinced that this product is not for me.
I am not saying that these products don't work as many people claim that they work.
But, for me, natural sources of protein like eggs, yogurt, milk are more effective than all these company made products. Now I lost confidence not just on this brand, but on all brands of protein powders.
