I've been using this protein mix (along with ON's Natural Pro-Complex & Natural Casein) for nearly a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about all of these products. The taste is delicious for something naturally sweetened (in one review a customer points out that stevia is an artificial sweetener and in the same review states that it comes from a leaf thus proving that it is not artificial). I personally don't think it mixes well with a spoon but shaking it in a lidded container will break up any powder that clumped together. Finally, the price on Amazon is the lowest one I've found, especially compared to in-store prices. Overall, I'd recommend this powder, along with the rest of ON's Natural product line, to anyone with any interest in any level of fitness, nutrition, or bodybuilding.Customer Review: Feel Good Protein

I have been using ON's HydroWhey for a couple of years, and switched to the Natural to get away from the artificial flavor and sweetener. I bought the chocolate, strawberry and the vanilla. The natural flavors all have similar qualities as follows: they all hit you with a wonderful fragrance when the lid is opened. The flavors are milder, but quite acceptable; perhaps not as creamy tasting as the HydroWhey version, but pleasent just the same. They all mix quickly. I think the vanilla is the best flavor translation, but I am not disappointed with the chocolate or the strawberry either. I use this stuff a couple of times a day to get the protein I need. I mix in water, not milk,so the flavors are a little watery tasting, but still palatable. I will be buying ON's Natural Whey for a looong time to come!Customer Review: Best of the Best ever!!

I'm new to Protein Powders and researched a lot before opting for this ON 100% Natural supply. I love my Liver, so I wanted to stay 100% Natural. But, this product, not just met my expectations; it exceeded way beyond them.
I've tried Chocolate and Vanilla. I like Chocolate better. Vanilla is a little too sweet for my taste.
It mixes with Water / Milk with equal ease. No Lumps till date after drinking THREE 5lbs tubs.
Your Liver is busy enough filtering all the toxins you get from everyday life. PLEASE ALWAYS OPT FOR ALL NATURAL STUFF. The whole idea of staying fit and healthy is to Feel Good and Live a Healthier Longer Life.
It may take you longer, but it'll be far more rewarding in the longer run and you'd thank yourself that you made the right choice.

I recently began purchasing Natural Whey and have really enjoyed it. I am trying to cut out artificial sweeteners from my diet, and this was one of the few products I could find that is not made with any. As far as taste is concerned it is not quite as good as normal ON Whey but still taste great, just a weaker taste overall. I generally mix my whey with dextrose or honey so it tastes just fine in the end. It mixes well regardless of the method you use, although spoon stirring it doesn't work as well as shaking. Overall I would recommend you give this product a shot if you have ever wondered how it was. At worst it doesn't have the right taste for you and you can add something to sweeten it. At best you will have found a new great kind of whey with no artificial sweeteners in it.Customer Review: mmmm no more grocery shopping

I'm not a pro athlete or bodybuilder but I do put emphasis on staying physically active and in good shape. After researching whey protein supplements I bought this product because it had no added artificail sweetners other than fructose. The sugar is minimal and the amount of protein you get is optimal.
The taste? I drink it with water and it is very tolerable, I would even say I enjoy it. If you mix it with milk, I haven't yet, but it would probably taste very good, like chocolate but not so sweet as chocolate milk mixes, which are full of sugar. I highly recommend this product, at $30 what I payed its an excellent value. I consider this my main source of protein instead of the frozen chicken breasts I used to buy. But don't forget your vegetables.
