I am not taking the full 6 tablets a day dosage yet. I have been taking 2 a day for the past 3 weeks and have already noticed less emotional PMS this cycle (this past week). This is the first month in a long time that I did not have a few awful days to a week of feeling out-of-control, depressed, volatile, hateful toward the world, not-at-all-like myself, and anxious. For two days I had passing irritability moments here and there but nothing close to my previous teetering on the edge of sanity or erupting like a volcano on my husband or kids. In addition to the PMS improvement, I highly recommend Optivite because my energy level has been GREAT these past few weeks. I just keep going and going it seems like the Energizer bunny. Previously, I had been taking a regular women's daily vitamin. Within two days of starting Optivite, I noticed an improvement in my ability to stay alert and focused and remember things. Taking these has been for me like drinking coffee but without the bad jittery/nervous effects of caffeine. (I don't drink coffee for this reason!) Optivite thus far has been my happy energy pill and seems to have made a difference almost immediately.Customer Review: no more hot flashes!

Three months ago, my ob/gyn suggested these because I was having a lot of trouble with night sweats. He said they help with PMS symptoms, but many of his patients reported that it reduced the occurrence of hot flashes, too. True for me! My doctor recommended Optivite to me. It is sold behind the counter and many pharmacies do not carry it in stock. Buying in bulk online was a great idea, I have enough to last for 6 months and don't have to worry about trying to find it all the time.
Optivite works great! I can definitely see a difference. I am a very emotional person, and these vitamins help regulate my mood and I feel so much better. I have been taking them for two year.

My doctor suggested I use this almost 15 years ago, and I strongly recommend this product. My doctor practices both Eastern/Western medicine and she has the majority of her patients on this. You'll not only notice very quick relief from p.m.s., but Optivite has also helped me feel better in so many ways given the formulation. I've got all my friends using them now, and we swear by the efficacy of the product. It's changed my life as well as many others. I wouldn't switch to another brand...why mess with perfection.
