It is not so easy to find quality brush head refills for the Braun electric toothbrush, as other reviewers have mentioned. I cannot tell which are the high-quality products even looking at them in the local stores. Price is not necessarily a good indication. I have bought expensive refills which have performed badly.
The solution to the problem lies in the collective experience of Amazon reviewers. Once I realized it, all that I had to do was look for the product having a large number of five-star reviews. It then became very easy. I found the brush head refill here. This is a good example of crowdsourcing. Thanks guys.

Needless to say, I am happy with my purchase. I paid half the store price. The refills arrived within a few days. And they work!

I have been using this brush as long as it was there. We usually purchase from Cxstco, however, the low price here at the Amazon.com attracted me. I purchased 2 pack of this item from the marketplace seller "Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition)". Even though they are in the Oral-B retail package just like the picture shown here, there's something wrong with these brush heads!! None of them stayed stably on the handle!! The brush head will came right off easily during brushing!! I called Braun Oral-B and told them about this, they exchanged the brush heads for me in the mail right away!! Yes, this time, the brush head I received from Oral-B are right!! I compared the retail packing from the brush heads sent from both "Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition)" and Braun Oral-B and I found: The one sent from "Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition)" is made in Australia, without any customer service toll free number. The one sent from Braun Oral-B is made in Germany with the CS toll free number!! Be careful what you paid for!! I'm an Oral B user of many years, have always bought replacement brushes at the local drugstore, and was completely satisfied. I purchased this 3-pack of replacement heads and had one come apart in my mouth after a few weeks of normal use. The metal pin at the end of the head came completely out and the rotating head came off. Both head and metal pin were loose in my mouth, an obvious swallowing hazard. The packaging displayed here does not look like my packaging, which is very plain saying only "Oral B Precision Clean", and the brush just feels cheap.
I cannot prove this brush to be a counterfeit yet, but I am contacting Oral B.
Update: Contact Oral B by telephone. Item I received is counterfeit and Oral B requested I return it to them. If your item's packaging does not look identical to the customer supplied images, I would not use the replacement head.

I had read other reviews about this product purchased from the seller "Potential Dynamix" in which people complained about the product quality. The first brush head I used had a very loose head, which I assumed was just a single product defect. Then, the second brush head literally came apart as I was using it. I contacted Procter and Gamble and they asked me to mail the brush heads in for replacement. They just contacted me and informed me that the product was a counterfeit. I could not tell at all, as the packaging and product itself was not visibly any different from the actual brush head, other than it completely came apart after use. Again, stay away from this product as sold by "Potential Dynamix". (Note: "Potential Dynamix" has since changed their name to "DAB Nutrition")Customer Review: Incredibly effective!

I had never even contemplated purchasing an electric toothbrush until my oral hygienist suggested that I might spend a lot less time in the dental chair having my teeth cleaned if I did. I guess I always thought they must be prohibitively expensive. However, I checked out the variety of models available at WalMart and was quite surprised at the affordability of the Oral-B Vitality unit. (About 30 bucks). I was immediately impressed with the ease and efficacy of the little dynamo. It really, really works! I was then worried about the replacement costs of the refill brushes. Not to worry! Just check with Amazon for the lowest prices. My recent 3-pack purchase was about 10 bucks (including delivery). All in all, I couldn't be happier.
