I replaced an older model of this brush and probably could have just bought the charger alone, since mine finally gave out after 10 years. I think I could have bought the cheapest model without the bells and whistles. You can see a description of all the models on their website, where there is a comparison chart to help you make a choice.
I think this newer model might have more vibration than my old one did. I have receding gums and this brush makes a big difference. My teeth are no longer sensitive as well.

I thought it was just me, but after I came back after I went through all three brush heads in less than 2 months. The brush head breaks after 2-3 weeks and the head doesn't spin anymore, I took it apart and noticed the poor construction. With regular use the pin that holds the brush head seem to have bent the plastic inside the brush head rendering it useless. I've noticed these brush heads have the brand printed on them in silver, while the original one that came with the brush has the brand printed in light blue.Customer Review: Dangerous counterfeit replacements!

Like all of the other one-star reviews for this product, I, too, also received what I later found out to be a counterfeit product, which I only discovered after researching online why my first of three refills only lasted a few days before completely falling apart in my mouth and cutting the inside of my mouth once or twice beforehand. There's a reason why these cost only a few bucks a piece online whereas Target charges ten bucks for the same. I'm shocked that Amazon continues to allow these to be sold.Customer Review: This toothbrush can be dangerous!

This replacement toothbrush for the rechargeable Oral B toothbrush does not work well at all. The head is so loose that it wobbles up and down, with a large enough space to catch your lip! This space has gotten larger with time, and I've only used it about a month. When it grabs your lip, it hurts and can actually tear skin. I try to be careful while brushing but rarely am I able to brush without pain. It is very poorly designed. I will not purchase this model of replacement brush again!

I purchased 3 packages from this seller with 3 brush heads in them each. Purchased in June, which should last me over 2 years. All of the brush heads popped off of the arms within 10 minutes of using them and couldn't go back on them without some kind of adhesive. Since these are in the mouth, I ended up throwing them in the trash. Total waste of money. My suspicion is that the seller purchased defective units at a discount and offloaded them on Amazon.
