I, too, am a victim of this shoddy merchandise. After about one week of using one of the brushes, the brush head started to wobble. After one month, the brush head fell out in my mouth. The remainder brushes fared no better or the same. I was under the impression that Amazon does not sell bogus or defective merchandise. I see a big product liability suit in the future if Amazon doesn't investigate the seller of this defective bogus/counterfeit product.Customer Review: Oral B Precision Clean 3 pack brush head refill

After I used the product ordered from you I found out the Oral B brush head refill sold at local drug store like CVS or Walgreens have much higher quality than the one order I placed with Amazon.com seller. What a difference in quality, I'll never buy from you again.

According to all the reviews from people who got counterfeit toothbrushes, one must be careful choosing a merchant. When you avoid all of the shady merchants and buy these from Amazon.com, you get the real thing.
These brushes are a better size and more maneuverable than the "dual action" heads and are easier on my gums than the "floss action" ones. The price on Amazon is about 40% less than at the supermarket.

It took me a while to determine whether this was the correct brush for my Oral B tooth brush. I was surprised at how inexpensive these brushes were, which slowed my purchase. They fit my platinum, and I think all of the other Oral B handsets. I was glad to find these unbundled from the flossing brushes and so inexpensive. I purchased one pack (three) initially, but will purchase more next time to make-up for the shipping.Customer Review: Defective, no wonder they are so cheap

I've used these for years, and NEVER had a problem. Now both of the first 2 brushes from the 3-pack I bought at Amazon have come apart in my mouth, after first pinching my lip and cheek, and generally seeming not right. I agree with other reviewers that these are either bogus or the whole production lot was manufactured incorrectly. I'm tempted to toss the third one as well, as it seems almost certain to do the same thing.
