I am uncertain as to why (maybe I just got a bad batch?) but 2 of 3 of these brush heads broke within the first 2 days of usage. The first brush head snapped off the cheap little plastic connection and the second one became loose and a piece of METAL shot out and into my mouth. Fortunately, I did not swallow this piece or cut my mouth, but something is wrong with these!Customer Review: Cheap counterfeit

A cheap counterfeit item that fell apart after a couple of months, leaving small pieces in our mouths. The bristles aren't soft, they don't change color to indicate length of use, and they catch at the flesh of your mouth. It seems hard to find anything but counterfeit Oral B brush heads on the Internet, but don't try to save money by buying so inferior a product.Customer Review: Buyer Beware

I have had the same experience as all of the other purchasers were the head's pin comes loose and the unit stops functioning normally. I got about a week out of the first one I used from the pack and three days out of the second before it broke on the 4th day.
Read all the low starred reviews before considering this product, which I suggest you avoid.

I have been using a Braun 3D Excel for several years. Just threw away the first of the three brush heads because the brush head was separating from its shaft and pinching my lip. Hope the remaining two do not have the same problem and I will publish an update if they do. Have not had this problem from WalMart purchased Oral-B Precision Clean brush heads.Customer Review: Not Worth the Money

Bought the Oral-B Precision Clean 3 pk to use with my Oral-B Vitality, as recommended on Amazon. After about two weeks the head got very wobbly, felt like it was gonna knock my teeth out, and then the head came apart in my mouth, they should take this product off the market. I should have read the reviews before I decided to buy this item.
