Can't get much better, flossing isn't such a big deal since this brush head does a good deep clean every time at angles you can't do with a normal tooth brush. I'm going to try the Double head next.Customer Review: Super brush head

I don't use it a lot, just sometimes. I have two brushes. Even if I didn't I would change the head to do regular cleaning. I guess I would do what another said, once a day.
