This is a great product, I never used electric tooth brush before and once I started using this one I noticed how different I feel. You can reach all the way in the back to get a cleen feeling. Each time i visit the dentis he always say try to brush all the way in the back. Hopefully on me next visit he will not have to say this.Over all this is a great product, I got the dual pack because my wife original died so after looking for a replacement I saw the two pack and decided to try it.I highly recoment this product. great features, the 30 second alert to let you know when to switch sides.

I bought this set as a Valentine's day present for my boyfriend and I, and we both absolutely love it! Neither of us have ever had an electric toothbrush before, but it is a 150% step-up compared to brushing manually! My dentist immediately saw an improvement, and she said it was visibly decreasing tarter build-up along with strengthening my gums. I personally find that the two-minute timer, including 30 second intervals is extremely helpful as well, even if it is just for a piece of mind. Overall, I find this tootbrush to do an exceptional job at a great price! Highly Recommended!Customer Review: Lots of brushes - only one speed

Don't waste the extra $$ on this model - I bought this for a present for family and thought it would be a step up from the ProfessionalCare 7000 series model we own but it's not. The 7000 model has two speeds and my wife cannot bear to use the higher speed - "buzzes" her brain and yes some people are sensitive to that kind of thing... kinda like running your fingernails down a blackboard. If you prefer lots of attachments, including a tongue cleaner, and don't care about the lack of two speeds the 8850 is what you want... other wise the 7000 model is a better deal to me.

i was pretty disappointed in this purchase. for some reason, both brushes lose power and stutter several times during a brushing, which i find irritating. there was no info included from smilemedic, the seller, on how to return if dissatisfied.
i also purchased, only a week later, a different model from a different seller. this one did contain an easy return paper, but it is entirely satisfactory so no need to return it. actually, i'd buy two more of this other model if i weren't stuck with the dual power handle device that i'm unhappy with.

I had tried battery-powered toothbrushes in the past, but the batteries die so quickly it became expensive to replace them all the time. This toothbrush does a much better job at cleaning your teeth and it is always charged. Since this item came with two handles, I keep the charging stand in my bathroom with one handle and my brother uses the other handle. When his handle loses it's charge, we just switch. We've only had to do this once and I've had the toothbrush for a month. It was a pretty good buy-- like getting two toothbrushes for the price of one.
