I have owned this product for several months and everytime I use it it feels like I just had a proffesional cleaning. My teeth are whiter and when I have gone in for a cleaning it was very quick. I love that it has the two handles I was able to take one with me when I traveled and leave one home for my wife. The Battery lasted over 2 weeks. This is a great buy. The only negative I can say about it is that the tongue cleaner doesn't really do much but I was not really expecting it to.Customer Review: Great Product

Great product. My teeth feel 100% cleaner. After just one month, my teeth are whiter too. A travel case came with the product and since I travel a lot, I really like that the handle will last 2 weeks before needing recharging. All of the heads that come with this particular model are great. Whitener brush, tongue cleaner and flossing heads are great to use too. You get all of them, plus the brushes and 2 handles. I ordered the Oral B toothbrush 8850 DLX and only received one power handle. I was very disappointed. I looked up the product number several times to be sure of what I ordered, and as far as I can see it is the same.
My daughter already opened it, so they probably won't take it back.
I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. My Daughter loves the product, it's just not as advertised.

this is an excellent toothbrush. I loved the fact that it comes with dual set and one charger. One for me one for my wife. We share quite nicely between charging. Contrary to the first review, you can change the speed by holding down the power button. highly adjustable, and nice quality toothbrush.
