I got this as a Christmas gift. I can not believe how great this toothbrush works. It really feels like you have just gotten your teeth cleaned by the denist!! It is really to use and has a great battery life. I have used other rechargeable toothbrushes in the past, and by far this has surpassed any others that I have used previously. I highly recommend this toothbrush, it is worth the investment!!!Customer Review: Highly Recommended

What convinced me to buy this toothbrush was the great price I found only here at Amazon.com, and also the other high user recommendations. Now that I've had mine for a few weeks I can join the chorus and tell you that this toothbrush will leave your teeth and tongue spotless, with that smooth-teeth feeling that only normally comes after a dentist visit. Works as advertised. My Wife just bought herself one. But I bought mine over a year ago and so far no problem. Based on what my dentist said at my last visit, it does a good job too. And I personally don't like to have to switch back to my old style toothbrush.
I really recommend this product. The only downside is that it's really bulky and heavy to travel with... I leave mine at home then.

For years I thought electronic brushes like this were funny and wierd.
Boy was I wrong. The Oral B Sonic toothbrushes cleans wonderfully and virtually eliminates any plaque or tartar on my teeth. It's quiet and pleasant sounding as well. You can watch TV and or be in the same room as other people while using it and still hear everything.

Just used this thing this morning and oh boy...feel like I just get my teeth cleaned by the dentist. I've been using Panasonic sonic toothbrush for over a year now and this Oral B Sonic Complete is way better. Faster speed then Panasonic. A bit heavier though and the "on" switch should have been positioned better. I keep hitting the "on" swith while using this thing.
Highly recommended.
