This is extremely easy to use -- follow the instructions to the letter. Not too much liquid/only fill the cup half way put the pill in the spout and drink normally. The pill goes down. You may need to practice a few times. After about a month, I tried without the "trainer" and low and behold after years and years of chewing pills and taking liquid meds I can now swallow pills. This is a life changing product and clearly worth a serious try for any adult or older child who is having trouble swallowing pills.Customer Review: It Works!

I'm 32 years old and I have such a hard time with pills, but this works! I'm taking a prescription that is only available in pill form so I knew I had to find a way to swallow it. I found this product and was a little skeptical, but I decided that it was cheap enough that I'd give it a try. I was thrilled that it actually worked. My father has always had great difficulty swallowing pills. As he's aged and the number of pills he has to take increased, the struggle increased too. Mom and Dad called to say that he tried the Oralflo Pill Swallowing Cup with both large and small pills and had success taking any size pill with this product. The pill kept sticking to the sides of the pill chute and wouldn't get into the mouth even when we practicall tipped it upside down. The pill stuck to the sides and didn't work. Even when we wet the pill first it still stuck and all the liquid would go in the mouth but the capsule stayed in the chute. Very disappointing for the price!! I wish I just bought the 4 dollar competitor product instead :(

"A wonderful device! Medication time for our children is now positively painless. It was a struggle to get them to swallow pills, and I could never be certain they did. The Oralflo Cup is easy to use, clean, and provides certainty that pills are swallowed. I plan on giving them to my friends with small children and my elderly parents who have a hard time swallowing their pills."
