After 2 bike rides, this unit performs as advertised. Pretty easy to set up, chest strap is comfortable (you know it's there, but it not a bother). Watch strap is long enough to fit over heavy jersey, dial is very readable.
It provides only basic info - but hey, look at the price.
Can't comment on durability - too early to tell.

Even with gel, I have lots of trouble getting the sensor to pick up my heart rate until it reaches 120bpm. Once it starts working though it has never lost during an workout.
I haven't used any of the other features of the watch, I just use it to display my heart rate.

At first it looked great, everything seemed ok. But then I began to get readings higher than normal. And yesterday (may 11), just 34 days after I bought it, while I was in a long run it went crazy, everything turn on in the display.
Now I'm trying to make my guarantee work.

I actually bought two of these, one for me and one for my husband. His seems to work perfectly. I had to send mine back as there was something wrong with the receiver. So, we are satisfied with one, and will probably be satisfied with the new one I expect to receive.
