I'm not certain Acai is doing what it's supposed to do, but I haven't put any weight on and feel that it's keeping me regular at best right now and the antioxident is working. I've tried a few other brands of Acai Berry but this one worked the best for me. I have been using if for almost a year and am very satisfied with the product. With this product I noticed a decrease in appetite/cravings therefore I do not eat as much and am able to maintain a stable weight.Customer Review: not sure if it worked

I do feel good. I am not sure if it is the pills or summertime.
I would try another form of acai- maybe the powdered type next time.
