We love this pillow. After suffering from neckaches and migranes and trying different pillows out, we thought we'd give this one a try. We absolutely love it! It has made a big difference -- migranes significantly reduced, and the neckaches are about gone! After taking turns with the pillow for about a month, we've decided to purchase our second one. Neither of us likes the nights where we are without it! And talk about a sound night sleep for a light sleeper???!!!! Wow!Customer Review: Great pillow

I got this pillow because I suffer from knots in my neck. Since I've started using the pillow my pain has decreased and I never feel the need to reach for a second pillow anymore. As other reviewers have mentioned it does take a couple nights to get used to. For that I recommend laying an old t-shirt on top of the pillow for a couple days to make it a bit softer both to the touch and softens the noise of the buckwheat as it moves around. I know that I will have this for the rest of my life. I love it so much and will never change to another type of pillow. I have bought everything including the Tempur-pedic pillow and all the Brookstone pillows available.
This is def. the best of the best. I actually find my boyfriends head on my pillow in the morning sharing it with me! I have to now get one for him too! Worth every darn penny I spent on this!

I am still wresting with this pillow, literally and figuratively, after a week. I removed about 1/3 of the hulls after the first night. Pillow is extremely heavy and over filled. To flip it or move it I seem to have to wake up to do so. I have not given up on it yet and will try to get use to it. May update review at future date... UPDATE threw it out of bed. too heavy and hard...... the search for a perfect pillow goes on...Customer Review: High quality; just get this one

After trying all sorts of pillows this is the one that works for me. It is nicely stuffed, and you can get an extra packet of hulls if you want (but it will be a long while before you need it). Excellent craftsmanship and high quality materials
Yes, the pillow is heavy. If you are slightly built get a small one instead of a big one so you don't struggle getting it into the pillowcase.
