The product helps increase the milk supply. I only take two cups daily. A friend said it would work more effectively if I also pump every few hours but I cannot put the baby down or she will cry so I have to just rely on the tea.Customer Review: Not too sure...

I cannot give a fair review of this product as I'm not sure if it helped or not. I paired it with Fenugreek and unfortunately did not see much of a change. Possible it was just my body though... May be helpful for others.Customer Review: Wonderful

I found this tea to be very helpful in increasing my milk supply. It also seemed to calm my baby (who had colic). The taste was fine, I would brew up four cups at a time and then sip throughout the day.
