I have been needing to begin kegel exercises for quite some time now and have read great reviews about Smartballs, and was very excited to try them for myself. I am a beginner kegel exerciser and wanted something to make the exercise more interesting
One thing I like about Smartballs and two things I do not like:
To begin positively: The thing I really like is that they really DO feel great when they are inserted and sitting in there correctly. I love the little vibrating sensation.
First problem: They do not stay in that correct position for me for more than 5 seconds or so, they are too heavy for a beginner like me. If they made another lighter weight model for beginners I am sure they would stay in better for me. I wish they would slide in as easily as they slide back out. Adding lube will only make them slide back out even faster.
Second problem: The "string" feels like a rubber band. I know it's not rubber, but it has a bit of stretch like a rubber band has. Ouch.
