I was pretty skeptical of these tests for day's. The web calendar I was using said I should be ovulating and I was getting a faint line next to the control, no positive. I even bought another generic test that is like clear blue easy to confirm. It is frustrating with lightness of the line and b/c it is disappointing to see a line and read the instructions and find it means no surge. If you are use to the pregnancy tests it is hard to get use to! Well is stuck with it and low behold the line grew darker one day, then FINALLY it was darker than the control. Two day's past where we were trying to conceive. Confirmed it with the other test also. So stick with it, your may be later or earlier than you buy more than a few I needed several to determine when I had a surge. I did test two mornings BEFORE 8 and still got a positive so maybe that is a personal variance. Like I said buy a big pack to you can take two in one day if needed. I was just about to abandon the whole test when it finally worked. I am guessing those who say it did not work either needed to test more often, or are not ovulating.
