I doubted this would work on my size 6-1/2 narrow feet, but was pleasantly surprised! For small feet, you have to work it a bit, pushing the dividers between the toes, and stretching the toes out to make it work -- and it does! I tried it on one foot and left it on for about 30 minutes, with no pain. Then I tried it on my bad foot - the one that's had the 4th and 5th toes banged up a lot by a klutz who bumps into everything. It DID hurt a bit, but not too much! I recommend this highly!
